We collect information about you (such as your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address) when you register with us, sign up for emails, e-mail us or contact us via social media sites using the links on our website.

Information collected about you
It is a requirement of the Constitution for the High West Jesmond Residents’ Association that we maintain a Register of those residents that have indicated that they wish to join the Association and are entitled to join by living in our area . As a member of the Association those residents are entitled to vote at the Annual General Meeting. We collect information about you to communicate with you for the purposes for which the information was given or inform you about any matters we feel might be of interest to you.
When you send us your request to join us we enter this into our Register and we also record your name and address and, where provided, any telephone number and email address. This information is used to register you as a member of HWJRA. We only hold the minimum amount of personal data required for running HWJRA. Any electronic data files are password protected.
If you leave the area you should inform us and we will delete your information from our records.
3 Information sharing
We will not share your information with any third parties without your prior explicit consent unless required to do so to comply a legal or regulatory obligation; to enforce our terms of use, or to protect the Associations rights or users of our website.
4 Other websites
Our website contains links to other websites. This Privacy Policy only applies to our website. If you access other websites via our links you should read their own privacy policies.
